Capital was an initial sponsor of Charter Life Sciences with a limited partnership investment of $30 million in committed capital from investors advised by C.M. Capital. Charter Life Sciences will invest in early stage medical device, biotech and specialty pharmaceutical companies, with particular focus on the clinical areas of cancer, cardiology and women’s health. Institutional investors committed to join the next closing include the Tri-State Growth Capital Fund managed by Fort Washington Capital Partners, a private equity fund of funds manager.
