Nicole Belytschko

Ms. Belytschko serves as the Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining C.M. Capital, she was an investment manager with Comprehensive Financial Management, a large West Coast multi-family office. Previously, Ms. Belytschko worked with Scient in developing the firm’s corporate venture arm and leading direct investments in technology companies and was a member of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette’s Private Fund Group, where she marketed and distributed alternative investment products. Ms. Belytschko holds an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, and a BA, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Fernando R. Sucre

Mr. Sucre oversees the operations and financial reporting of C.M. Capital Corporation and its wholly owned affiliated Registered Investment Advisor, C.M. Capital Advisors.  Mr. Sucre has over 30 years of accounting and operations experience in the investment management industry. Prior to joining C.M. Capital Corporation, he was the Managing Director of Finance and Chief Compliance Officer of Capricorn Investment Group, LLC.  Additionally, he spent ten years at Deloitte & Touche, rising to the level of Senior Manager and serving a variety of investment management, venture capital, hedge fund, and public and private technology companies. Mr. Sucre earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles where he graduated Cum Laude, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Sucre is currently on the Board of Directors of Outward Bound California, and has previously served on the Board of Directors of CalCPA, CalCPA’s State Finance Committee, and as Chairman of the AICPA’s Investment Committee.

Peter G. Morrissey

Mr. Morrissey joined C.M. Capital Corporation in August of 2012 as its General Counsel and also serves as Chief Compliance Officer for C.M. Capital Advisors, LLC. He has broad experience working for investment management and investment banking firms, most recently as General Counsel and Managing Director at WR Hambrecht + Co. Prior to joining WR Hambrecht, he worked for Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Credit Suisse First Boston’s Mergers and Acquisitions department. He earned his JD/MA (Economics) from University of Southern California where he was an editor of its law review and author of a note on regulating risk in public investment funds. Immediately following law school he clerked for Judge John Noonan of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before becoming a lawyer he worked for the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and Angelo, Gordon & Co, a manager of alternative asset funds. He is a graduate of Pomona College and is a CFA Charterholder.

Bruce W. Madding

Mr. Madding is the Vice Chairman of C.M. Capital Corporation and its former President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He was associated with the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation for 22 years, as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial and Investment Officer. Under his leadership the investment performance of the Foundation’s Endowment ranked amongst the top of the Foundation/Endowment Universe. Prior to Kaiser, Mr. Madding was with Price Waterhouse & Company, as a Director and Senior Audit Manager. Mr. Madding has been a featured lecturer at universities and industry programs including Stanford Business School, Institutional Investor, and the CFA Institute. In 2010, he received the Lifetime Achievement Award presented by Foundation and Endowment Money Management. A native of San Francisco, Mr. Madding holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has also served on the Investment Committee of the University of California, Berkeley Foundation, been chair of the American Red Cross Investment Committee, and is currently a member of the M Fund Inc. Board of Directors.

John C. Couch

Mr. Couch is the Vice Chairman of C.M. Capital Corporation and its former President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He has served in a variety of executive and board positions during his 50-year career. Prior to joining C.M. Capital Corporation in 2000, he served as Chairman, President and CEO of Alexander & Baldwin Inc. Earlier, he was associated with Litton Industries Inc. Mr. Couch earned Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Engineering at the University of Michigan as well as a Masters of Business Administration Degree at Stanford University.

Johnson M.D. Cha

Mr. Cha is the Founder and a Director of C.M. Capital Advisors. He is also the Chairman of C.M. Capital Corporation and the Managing Director of the Mingly Corporation (based in Hong Kong). Mr. Cha is a member of the board of directors of China International Capital Corporation Ltd., Hanison Construction Holdings Ltd., HKR International Ltd., and Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. Mr. Cha also serves as a trustee, advisor, or committee member of a number of foundations and non-profit institutions in Hong Kong and in the United States. In Hong Kong, those organizations include the Qiu Shi Science & Technologies Foundation, Croucher Foundation and Moral Education Concern Group. Those in the United States include the Science Board of Visitors of UCLA, the University of California at San Francisco, the University of San Francisco and Stanford’s Graduate School of Business Advisory Board. Mr. Cha earned a BS in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon and received an M.B.A from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
